Refugee Visit

All ready to go!  This little monkey loves the water!  She would go "simming" everyday if mommy would let her. 

Micah finally was able to go meet some of the refugee families today.  This trip has been postponed week after week for the last three weeks.  These are the families of the children who attend a school started up earlier this year specifically for this group of refugees.  Micah visited the school a few weeks ago to see if he or anyone we know would be able to assist them in any way.  This group of people are marginalized in this country and have little opportunity of getting an education or a job.  A group of Christians in our area have come together to try to educate and train so that the refugees would be able to provide for their families and their community.  Today, Micah and a few others are going to the neighborhood  where many of the refugees live to get to know some of the families.
