We went to Burt's Pumpkin Patch and Elijah's Apple Festival Saturday with Rock and Grandma!
There were so many pumpkins
Big ones, small ones, albino ones
Grandma and Rock made our adventures so much fun!
Grandma is the starter of traditions in our family. She has these ideas that make wonderful memories for me and now for my family!
Lydia is our little pumpkin!
Micah had a conference to attend this weekend, so he was not able to join us. We played peek-a-boo in the back seat all the way up to Elijah and all the way back. Lydia just doesn't get tired of that game. She needs siblings. :)
We had apple cider slushies and muscadine cider slushies and bought pumpkin bread and apple pie. It was wonderful! Ellijah's Apple Festival has booths set up with homemade goods for sale. My mom, aka Grandma, spent all of her money on Lydia presents. Birthday presents, Christmas presents, just because presents. It is so fun to watch my mom be a Grandma!
