We have a baby!!!!!!

At 3:24pm on December 13th, 2007 Lydia Elizabeth Vickery was born (after only 20 minutes of pushing). She weighed 7 lbs 5 oz and was 19 inches long. We are still working the kinks (like when do we sleep) but the journey has surely begun. We have seen the Lord provide in great ways these past few days. We don't have a clue what to do, but He is leading us and guiding us and enabling us to be the parents He wants us to be. Lydia's birthday was way more pleasant than we could have imagined. I am gitty and a little sore. I have to say the most shocking thing so far has been my relationship with Micah. My heart throbs as I think of our oneness and how the Lord has brought us to this point. And now that we share in the creation of our little daughter.... Words cannot communicate what I am experiencing.
