The Lord's Day

It is so refreshing to be in the presence of the Lord!  Worshiping with the Body of Christ this morning was overwhelming.  As we sang of the promises and character of God I realized the theme of my week, namely trying to muster up humility and selflessness.  When really all I felt was very selfish and rightfully so.  I tried to "be there for Micah".  But I could not muster it up.  I was awestruck to go into my Father's House and find that I am covered in the blood of Christ, not having to muster up anything.  Forgiveness and love flowed towards my sweet husband.  Our mysterious God loves us!  It is just amazing!!  His love flows through me.  WOW!  

After resting most of the afternoon, I took a wonderful 3 min walk to the mall.  I love our location!  Rain caused me to call Micah to come pick me up.  Now we are off to watch Chuck.  I am not sure what that is, but it seems to be a favorite of some.
