LESS THAN 2 WEEKS TO GO

Last night and today we have spent resting with Micah's parents. It has been good time of rest.



Part of our time in NYC has been serving a young church plant in upper Manhattan called Uptown Community Church. This church began last November. We have been working to have a VBS to reach out to the neighborhood. Many obstacles have caused this process to be challenging. But God!!! Oh how the Lord has things in His hands. At the end of last week we found a park that may allow us to hold the VBS next week. There are a few details that are not worked out. Pray that the Lord would work everything out according to His will. This church desires to reach out to the Dominican population that makes up the majority of our neighborhood. We desire to help this church in this while we are here.



Our afternoon classes have been wonderful. After the mornings full of minitry with Uptown and the afternoons full of classes, we are pretty beat. We know that our time here is limited, so we want to soak up every minute.



Lydia is more fun every day.
